2 Months

Westin is two months old today. It's truly amazing how the time is flying by and how fast he is growing. He looks bigger to me each day. These are some pictures Harper took just about a week ago for his two month mark.

A couple little fun facts about Westin at two months:

-Westin still enjoys being naked. He's always so calm when we're changing his diaper or giving him a bath. It's nice to know that he's already enjoying the simple things in life.

-After Westin eats he likes to talk to us for a while. This involves a lot of little baby sounds and a ton of smiles. I love this part of the day. I, of course, have full conversations with him during this time and know that he understands everything I'm saying :)

-Westin is getting very strong and can hold his neck up really well. He also likes to stand on his feet.

-He's also very active. He's always moving his arms or legs and loves to look around at EVERYTHING. He'll set his eyes on something and focus on it for a long time.

-Westin is quite the trooper when we take him out with us. He usually sleeps during dinner and if he's awake while we're out, he just likes to hang out and doesn't fuss. Did we get lucky or what?

-And probably the best news at 2 months, Westin is starting to sleep longer at night. We're just now hitting 4-5 hour spurts. It's fantastic. Keep it up kiddo - mommy and daddy are quite pleased with this accomplishment.

12.2 lbs

22 inches

Also got his first three shots - not fun for either of us, but he was a trooper.
