Busy, busy

This weekend was a busy one... Friday we met up with Trevor and BreAnne (our usual weekend pals) for tacos, PZookies, and cards. Then on Saturday I drove up to Agoura to kidnap my mom for massages at the Four Seasons. Torsten had called me the day before and said that he wanted to surprise my mom and he wanted me to go with her... I wasn't about to say no to the Four Seasons, so Ryan and Westin had a boys' day while I enjoyed a little R&R with my mom.

The Four Seasons Spa was so nice. This is the actual room we got our massages in...
After our massages we had lunch by the pool (which included $6 Diet Cokes - what a ripoff). Lunch was also fantastic, even though it started to rain (no worries, we were sitting in a cabana and could finish our meal dry). I headed home after lunch and was pleased to find that Ryan had survived a full 5 hours alone with little W.

Once I got home it was just about time to turn around and head back out the door to Burbank for a birthday dinner at PF Chang's for Ryan's friend, Mike. We considered only sending Ryan to the dinner, but knew there would severe repercussions if Westin didn't attend. I mean, let's be honest, no one really cares about Ryan and me anymore... Westin is the popular one now.
Jacque and Chase

The birthday boy, Mike and his lady, Erin
The legend himself, Mr. Cole Cannon - this was Cole's first time seeing Westin. Cole drove up from San Diego the night Westin was born, but because Westin had to go straight to the NICU, Cole, never got a chance to see W :(

Cole, Hayden, Ryan, Gary, Mike, Chase, Jacque, Melissa, and Erin (this was about 1/3 of the group that night - Mike has a ton of friends!)

Sunday was probably the biggest day of the weekend - at least for Westin - it was his first day at church and he did a great job. He was perfect for the first two hours and then I took him home to nap during the third hour. He probably would have been bored during Relief Society anyway.

After his big debut at church, we headed to Ryan's parent's house for dinner. While we were up in Valencia, we also stopped by Cole's parent's house to show off our little man. By the time we got home Sunday night, we were all exhausted and ready for a easy Monday.
