Stella's Baby Blessing

This past weekend I flew to Las Vegas to spend some time with my SLC girls, Allie, Kristi and Tawni. The four of us have been friends since middle school. Can you believe that? Anyway, I met up with Kristi and Allie in Vegas on Friday, while Tawni stayed in St. George to prepare for her daughter's baby blessing on Sunday. The three of us spent Saturday by the pool, shopping, eating, and seeing a movie (What Happens in Vegas - pretty funny). Then on Sunday we drove over to St. George for Stella's baby blessing. It was so great to be with Tawni and her family on this special day.

Oh, and for those of you wondering: what's going on with Ryan? Here's a quick update on my man... While I was in Vegas, Ryan was enjoying a weekend of baseball. (Nothing really new there.) On Friday night he was in San Francisco at the Giants game with Doug and Jan. Then on Saturday night he was back in LA rooting on the Dodgers. Unfortunately, our boys in blue lost, as did our Lakers. It was a rough weekend for LA sports. Ryan is also working hard on two cases at work. And for those of you who haven't heard, his offices moved from Santa Monica to Century City. So instead of walking to work, Ryan now has to ride the bus. Not his favorite thing in the world, but at least he's saving us a few bucks at the gas pump.
